Many of us move through life’s unexpected challenges without the care and support we need or deserve. Whether you are experiencing daily work-life stressors, relational stress, navigating major life-transitions (such as grief, birth, trauma), my hope is to provide a welcoming space to develop awareness of unprocessed thoughts, behaviours and feelings keeping you stuck. Together, we can explore practical ways to help you confidently manage life’s uncertainties, experience joy, and live a life aligned with your values.
I arrived at this work through my lifelong passion of addressing adversities and social injustices. I’ve had the privilege of supporting diverse, marginalized populations including women and youth, particularly those experiencing crisis which has informed my anti-oppressive, feminist and trauma-informed approach. I’ve received specialised trainings in Birth/Reproductive Trauma, Perinatal Mental Health, IFS and Gottman-Method Couples Therapy. I work from a Psychodynamic, attachment lens incorporating inner-child work and somatic processing. I also integrate modalities such as: IFS, EFT, and lend from DBT & CBT for immediate strategies. Human experiences are meant to be shared, including our pain. Together, lets can amend the story you’ve been telling yourself that is no longer serving you.
I help clients with the complexities of relationships between couples, family of origin, friends including exploring: enmeshment, co-dependency, people pleasing, attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma & boundary setting.
I support individuals and families at any stage of their reproductive journey including loss, postpartum anxiety, depression, rage, as well as new parenthood.
I work with clients struggling with trauma (including abuse and childhood trauma) and grief as well as moving through various life transitions including immigrant resettlement, divorce, new medical diagnoses and career changes
