With a focus on empathy, respect, and nonjudgmental care, I take a strength-based approach to therapy. I value the opportunity to get to know you as a whole person, considering your individual needs and aspirations. My therapeutic approach integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), blending these frameworks with a variety of tools tailored to help you reach your personal goals.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work under supervision and am committed to expanding my expertise alongside you in your therapeutic journey. I offer a holistic and person-centered approach, meeting you where you are and helping you develop the skills needed for meaningful change.
