Team Workshops: Athlete Mental Health & Mindset Training

Our specialized group sport psychology program is designed to support teams, sports clubs, associations and performance companies. Led by an experienced sports psychology mental health facilitator, group sessions address challenges that many athletes face such as difficulty with focus, low motivation, anxiety, depression, burnout, and performance stress.

Team & Group Sessions

Athletes will learn skills to help address performance-related challenges, enhance mental resilience, and develop strategies to stay focused and composed under pressure. Group workshops can be held on site or lead virtually.

Individual Sessions: Mindset Training for Sports Performance

Mindset Training for Sports Performance is a specialized mental skills training program designed for elite athletes aged 13 and up facilitated by Registered Psychotherapist Victoria Jacobs  B.Sc., M.A., R.P.

5 targeted Sessions

The program covers five essential areas such as stress and anxiety management, relaxation techniques, confidence building, and motivation enhancement.
