Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or simply recognize that you’re facing challenges, this program is here to help you manage your symptoms and take control. We’ll work together to pinpoint the specific barriers affecting your daily life and develop practical strategies to overcome them. Using a strength based approach, our goal is to empower you with the skills and insights needed to enhance your daily functioning, boost your productivity and move closer to achieving your goals while managing the common feeling of stress and overwhelm.

  • ADHD looks different in everyone.

  • Not everyone with ADHD is hyperactive.

  • Not having the proper support and management skills can lead to other mental conditions such as sleep disorders, anxiety and depression.

  • People who have ADHD possess skills such as creativity and the ability to hyperfocus.

  • ADHD affects your executive functioning; that is planning, prioritizing, organization, impulse control, emotional control and more.

3 session program

Session One:

Psychoeducation on ADHD: Often, it’s easy to know what’s happening on the outside but this session will take a closer look at what’s happening on the inside and address why ADHD symptoms are affecting your daily life and overall functioning.

Session Two:

Time Management and Organization: In this session, we will build practical skills for time management, organization and task initiation. 

Session Three:

Emotional Regulation: The last session entails simple mindfulness skills to support you in managing your own emotions, improving your interpersonal relationships, impulsivity and self-monitoring.
