Are you a qualifying psychotherapist with CRPO looking to grow your practice and nurture your own well-being? My individual, dyadic, and group supervisions are designed for supervision hours for qualifying therapists to empower, center, and nurture you. I’ve designed my life deliberately, and I want to help therapists create a rewarding life, inside and out. With my supervision, you’ll receive the clinical support you need to register as a psychotherapist, the business skills necessary to build a rewarding practice, and self-care tools to create a balanced lifestyle that fills your cup.
Choosing a supervisor is not just about meeting hours. It is about who you are becoming as a clinician.
I offer supervision that is clinically grounded, relationally attuned, and intentionally designed to support both your professional development and your wellbeing. My approach integrates depth, structure, and mentorship so you can grow into a confident, ethical, and sustainable practitioner.
Experienced, integrative clinical leadership
I bring over two decades of experience in mental health and psychotherapy, with a practice rooted in trauma-informed, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, attachment-based, parts work oriented, and third-wave CBT approaches. Supervision with me supports you in developing clinical depth, conceptual clarity, and a strong therapeutic presence rather than relying on rigid techniques alone.
CRPO-aligned and ethically sound
Supervision is clearly structured to meet CRPO requirements while also supporting your safe and effective use of self. We attend to scope of practice, documentation, risk, ethical decision-making, and professional identity so you feel prepared, grounded, and confident as you move toward registration and independent practice.
A mentorship model, not just case review
While we absolutely attend to case conceptualization and clinical direction, our work also includes professional development, reflective practice, nervous system awareness, and the realities of being a therapist in today’s world. This is a space to think, question, integrate, and refine how you practice, not just what you do.
Attention to sustainability and the therapist behind the work
I believe you cannot build a meaningful career without tending to the roots. Supervision includes thoughtful attention to burnout, boundaries, capacity, and the impact of the work on you as a human. My goal is to support longevity, not just competence.
Flexible formats to meet you where you are
I offer individual, dyadic, and small group supervision in online and hybrid formats. This allows you to choose the level of support, connection, and collaboration that best fits your learning style, stage of development, and life outside of practice.
A relational, respectful supervisory relationship
Supervision is a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, appropriately challenged, and encouraged to develop your own clinical voice.
If you are looking for supervision that supports both who you are as a clinician and who you are as a human, you are in the right place.

My clinical work and supervision are grounded in a contemporary, integrative approach to psychotherapy. My supervision supports clinicians in developing clinical depth, conceptual clarity, and confidence in their work, while remaining aligned with CRPO standards for safe and ethical practice.
I created these supervision programs because I wish I had access to this kind of support earlier in my career. Despite professional success, I experienced periods of chronic stress and depletion that reshaped how I understand sustainability in this field. Integrating reflective practice, nervous system awareness, and intentional self-care transformed not only how I work, but how I live.
Today, I am deeply committed to helping therapists build meaningful, sustainable careers without sacrificing their wellbeing. My supervision model attends to clinical skill, professional identity, ethical practice, and the human experience of being a therapist.
Outside of my professional life, I live with my husband, teenage daughter, and dogs on a forest homestead in the Greater Toronto Area. I am nourished by good food, time in nature, travel, and the quiet stories of growth and transformation that unfold over time. I have designed my life intentionally, and I am passionate about supporting growth-oriented therapists in creating a rewarding life, inside and outside of the therapy room.
