My therapeutic approach centres around providing a non-judgmental, compassionate space for you to feel safe and supported. I firmly believe in the inherent strengths within each of us and endeavour to guide you in discovering and connecting with these inner resources, fostering a journey towards a more fulfilling life.
My journey into psychotherapy began with a keen interest in coaching parents through the complexities of supporting children facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety. After dedicating years to nursing and corporate roles, I felt compelled to deepen my understanding, leading me to earn a Masters in Counselling Psychology.
While parenting support remains a cornerstone of my practice, I extend my expertise to a diverse adult clientele, young and older. I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals facing anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, and difficulties navigating life transitions.
I work with parents in all different life stages with their children. From the challenges that can surface as a new parent through to adult child/parent relationships as well as estrangement.
I support individuals and couples looking for effective ways to deal with difficult life circumstances, forward movement, peace and flourishing
As a certified hypnotherapist I use this intervention to support clients struggling with sleep, anxiety, feelings overwhelm, struggles with confidence, stress, overwhelm and more.
