I believe in a therapy process that is collaborative, insightful, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re facing daily stressors, navigating significant life changes, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for growth and healing.
For as long as I can remember, I have naturally gravitated to situations or experiences where I could help people through difficult times. Becoming a therapist has given me the privilege to help others on their healing journey. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and have furthered my expertise with specialised training in ACT, CBT, Trauma-Focused, ADHD, Anger Management, and IFS. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including teens, adults, families, and couples.
I work with clients who are feeling flooded with overwhelming emotions and feeling stuck in constant thoughts & feelings of impending doom.
I support clients struggling with feeling overwhelmed. They are stuck in constant uncomfortable thoughts & feelings, and their anger and mood are affecting their relationships.
I help clients constantly trying to please others who are struggling with lack of confidence and have difficulty setting healthy boundaries.
